Yummy Weight loss Smoothies

I love smoothies and I came across some that are tasty and promote weight loss. Don’t take my word for it try them out for yourself!!

Peach- Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients:

2 peaches , pits removed and chopped
1 cup of strawberries
1 cup of skim milk
1 cup of ice

Directions:

Place all ingredients into blender, Blend until smooth, Pour into glass, and enjoy.

Servings:
Serves 2

Pineapple-Ginger Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 cup fresh and diced pineapple
1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
1/2 cup of low-fat plain yogurt
1 cup of pineapple juice
1/8 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1/2 cup of ice

Directions:

Place all ingredients into blender, Blend until smooth, Pour into glass, and enjoy.

Servings:
Serves 2
