I love to snack from time to time, but really have to watch what snacks I am eating. I want to make sure that even when I get into my snack mode I am still putting good stuff in my body. Keep It Real Food Co. Sent over three of their products for me to try out. One was their Seedy Crackers, the others were their Peanut Butter Cookies and No-Grain Granola.
The Peanut Butter Cookies
If you love peanut butter, you are sure to love these yummy cookies! They are made with peanuts, organic coconut plam sugar, eggs, baking soda, and salt. That are soft and a bit chewy.
The No-Gain Granola
I am on that loves a good granola and this granola is amazing! It has a great blend of almonds, honey, organic coconut oil, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, organic coconut, organic apples, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. I enjoyed it a top of my yogurt in the morning.
All of the product reviewed are high in protein and low glycemic. They are also grain and dairy free.
