I love to read, it’s one of my favorite pass times. I like pretty much any type of book. I recently finished up a book called the “Idiot’s Guides: The Mediterranean Diet Cookbook” by Denise Hazime. I have always wanted to learn more about the Mediterranean Diet and this book serves up great information along with tasty belly-satisfying meal recipes.
There are heart-healthy breakfasts, filling lunches and dinners, even delicious desserts in this book. The Idiot’s Guides: The Mediterranean Diet Cookbook has over 200, yes 200 healthy and easy to prepare meals that will help you to follow the Mediterranean diet effortlessly. There is an easy to follow meal plan with full nutritional information that makes it very simple to stick the diet included in the book as well.
The Idiot’s Guides: The Mediterranean Diet Cookbook focuses on how to cook Mediterranean food for it’s maximum health benefit and flavor so that you can use this way of eating long term.
Overall, I was very pleased with the information that I gained from this book. I just wished that it had some nice photos of the meals that I was preparing from it. This way I would know how the food was suppose to look before I made it myself. However, recipes that I tried from the book were very filling and enjoyable to eat for my entire family. I recommend that you check your local bookstore for this incredible book and purchase it! You will be glad you did. You can also find this book on Amazon too.
