Beat the Dry Hair Blues with Design Essentials Coconut & Monoi Deep Moisture Collection

We have made it to that time of the year when our hair may go from lush and juicy to dry as a bone. It is a must that my hair has the right amount of moisture it needs. I am sure moisture is high on your hair list too. To achieve this, you must have great products that deliver. I also like for the products to be light weight on my hair as well. Heavy hair is just not sexy!

The Design Essentials Coconut & Monoi Deep Moisture Collection gives your hair the right moisture that penetrates deep with out weighting your hair down. The line comes with five components, the Coconut & Monoi Deep Moisture Soufflé, Coconut Water Curl Refresher, Deep Moisture Oil Treatment, Coconut & Monoi Deep Moisture Milk Crème, and Coconut & Monoi Intense Shine Oil Mist. They all work together to knock away those dry hair blues.

About the Products

Coconut & Monoi Deep Moisture Milk Crème is infused with a blend of Argan, Olive, and Sunflower oils to deliver intense hydration to transform dry, thirsty hair into soft, shiny, revitalized curls in a snap. It is highly concentrated oil crème is enriched with Calendula, Vitamin E and restorative milk proteins to replenish curls, reinforcing hair’s natural moisture barrier for all-day frizz protection. It’s very lightweight and great for finishing styles. Awesome for all textures and curl types.

Coconut & Monoi Deep Moisture Oil Treatment has Argan Oil & Sunflower infused with nourishing Moroccan Argan Oil, Vitamin E, nourishing botanicals and revitalizing antioxidants, which instantly starts the repair process for damaged hair. It amazingly renews your hair, building strength and elasticity while shielding the hair from damaging elements. After use my hair was visibly softer, silkier and looked healthier.

Coconut & Monoi Deep Moisture Soufflé has a blend of argan oil, collagen, milk proteins and coconut monoi oil in it. Let me tell you this soufflé is so thick, but super lightweight. It is slick which is great for me, but not greasy. That’s a huge plus! This was by far one of my favorites in the collection. It gave my hair so much life and beautiful shine. The smell of it is absolutely delightful! It can be used on wet or dry hair.

Coconut Water Curl Refresher has silk proteins with a replenishing blend of active botanicals including calendula and horsetail plus vitamin E which restores your over-worked curls. The deep penetrating daily moisture blend also tames frizz. Perfect for wash and go’s or soft hold styles. This refresher adds plenty of shine to your dull strands and puts that frizz in check on five day hair. You can push that twist out a little further with this product.

Coconut & Monoi Intense Shine Oil Mist is infused with replenishing Moroccan argan oil and instantly soothes dry, brittle hair, leaving each strand nourished and conditioned. This revitalizing formula helps shield curls from damaging elements and keeps them bouncing with radiant shine. I loved the shine that I received from using this oil mist. It is very light and added softness to my hair.

The Design Essentials Coconut & Monoi Collection is a great line for fighting off the cold weather dry hair blues. I must let you know that this line does have mineral oil in it.  If you don’t mind it, you should give this line a try.

I haven’t tried this, but I have the hair lotion waiting on me to try. I went to an event back in April and these products were in the swag bag. I love coconut and monoi oil for my hair

Love this new packaging. I’m actually a big fan of Design Essentials. My scalp is more dry than my actual hair is so I will check out what they have for that. I am a deep conditioner believer. I don’t skimp on that at all.
